A GUARANTEED PERSON COUNT IS DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT. THIS GUARANTEED PERSON IS WHAT YOU ARE BILLED DESPITE YOUR NUMBERS DECLINING.
FULL PAYMENT IS DUE TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES CAN BE PAID FOR THE DAY THEY OCCUR. Credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted.

MILL HOUSE COURTYARD: An open-air venue with up to 250 chairs- Located on the banks of our 4 acre lake - Century-old Mill Timbers salvaged from Watermelon Creek create the perfect backdrop for whispered vows and covenants! You to set up chairs to your liking, and, we will take up the chairs . 1000. minimum or 20./PERSON plus 8% tax with a 200. Deposit applied to your total
INDOOR BUDBREAK BANQUET HALL OR OUTDOOR SUNSET TERRACE:
The party doesn't stop at the ceremony. Watermelon Creek Vineyard has the perfect reception venue for your wedding. From hosting a large elegant affair to a small intimate dinner, our BUDBREAK BNQUET HALL or our outdoor covered SUNSET TERRACE is the perfect place to celebrate! Seating for up to 144, and Round or Banquet Tables, Chairs, set up to your specifications, cordless mic, soud system( for interface with phone playlists), screen, LCD projector, Budbreak Terrace set up, and clean up, 30./person or 600. minimum plus 8% tax with a 200.00 deposit that is applied to your total
Wine Bar w/ BarTender(wine sold separately) 50./hour includes use of our stemware and can be set up as self pay(credit cards only) or we pour what you pre-order and you take home any opened bottles.
AS AN ADDITIONAL SPACE : SUNSET TERRACE: Covered outdoor space adjacent to the Budbreak Banquet Hall can be decorated with your own imagination! 600.00 as an additional space to the Banquet Hall with no table and chair set up plus 8% tax with a 200. deposit applied to your total

WATERMELON CREEK VINEYARD IS A LICENSED GEORGIA FARM WINERY, AND ITS WINES ARE THE ONLY ALCOHOL PERMITTED . WE MAKE AND BOTTLE HERE AND HAVE 12 WINES PLUS A CHAMPAGNE.
All personal decorations and items must be removed by the end of the day of your event. CATERERES MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TRASH BAGS AND TRASH REMOVAL.
