OUR 300 ACRES INCLUDE STANDS OF LIVE OAKS AND BABBLING WATERMELON CREEK, A WINERY COMPLEX THAT INCLUDES 19,000 SQ. FT. UNDER ROOF WITH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPACES.  WE HAVE FIELDS AND VINEYARDS, A TRACTOR, BULL DOZER, AND AN EXCAVATOR, VARIOUS TRUCKS AND TRAILERS, SO WE ARE EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOUR EVENT HAPPEN!

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE .

You are able to provide your own food service (the only alcohol permitted is WCV wines) in the private areas and must provide dinnerware, utensils, ice, glassware, etc.  Your Caterers, photographers, and DJ's must contact us at least 2 weeks before event and provide their proof of liability insurance.

 Our kitchen is able to provide your meal service for parties up to 20:  For parties up to 14: Choose three entrees, three appetizers, and three desserts to offer your group.  For parties over 14 : Choose two entrees, two appetizers, two desserts to offer  your group. One person is responsible for payment of the entire event and  18% of food and beverage service charge is applied.

 

BUDBREAK:  75'X 25',  will seat up to 144 - 20./person plus 8% sales tax -includes tables (round and/or banquet), chairs, table linens, sound system, projector w/ screen, front porch set up    $400 minimum with a $200. Deposit applied to your total.

 

 

HARVEST:  25' X 25'  15./person AN INTIMATE ROOM THAT WILL SEAT UP TO 20 AND IS PERFECT FOR THE SMALLER BUSINESS MEETING OR PRIVATE TEA  $100. Minimum  $100. Deposit applied to your total

 

 

SUNSET TERRACE 50' X 25' IS PERFECT FOR THAT OUTDOOR VENUE THAT OVERLOOKS OUR  4- ACRE  POND AND HISTORIC CENTRY-OLD BARNS 20./person $500. minimum. $200. Deposit applied to your total

3) Sign Event Agreement and secure your space with a non-refundable deposit to be applied to your total

4) Give us your guaranteed head count within 7 days of your event (this is the head count even if your numbers go down).  Total will be adjusted if count increases. Final payment is due the day of your event : Credit card, cash, or check
